Registration Information
Registration for Quilt Retreat is $90 for two days, and $180 for four days, along with an NON-refundable Registration fee of $25. Housing is separate; please use the Cedar Lakes Housing form below.
On-line registration is available starting on October 8, 2024. You may also use the form below to register by snail mail after that date.
Registration for Quilt Retreat at Cedar Lakes is open until April 1, 2025.

Attendance is limited to 60 participants, and housing is restricted to Holt Lodge. On-line registration will be closed when full, and forms will be de-activated, so if you can get to them, there is room for you to join us!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can take unexpected turns and changes happen. We will do our best to work with you when you need us!
Refunds are send out as requested before April 1st, minus the non-refundable registration fee to cover any credit card fees associated with the account. To arrange a refund, call Linda directly at 330-620-9825. Lodging cancellation should be made by calling Cedar Lakes directly at 304-372-7860.
After April 1st, no refunds are made for any reason. Payment will be rolled forward to a future event, but will expire after 2 years of non use. Payment is transferable. When 'banked' payments are rescheduled, a new registration fee will be owed. Again, please call on Linda to assist you in either case.
