Costs of Quilt Camp
By far, the most common question about camp is 'What does it cost to go to camp?' Following the leadership of past directors, we work to keep costs as low as possible.

When you come to Quilt Camp, you register and pay for classes to Linda Miller and you register and pay for your lodging directly with Cedar Lakes Conference Center.

For classes, you can register on-line with your credit card or you can send a registration form and a personal check to Linda instead.

For lodging, you must use Cedar Lakes' form provided below and you must send it in the mail to them with a deposit noted. Please read the form carefully for all information needed.

For this two-step process, you will incur the following costs:

Quilt Class Costs
$50.00 Registration (Non-refundable) and $110.00 for each 2-day class or $220.00 for a 4-day class. Total cost of $160 for two days or $270 for all four days.

Any additional supply costs associated with your class are listed on the supply lists provided for each class.
In 2023, we compared our event to a big quilting show in a major city. We put together some fun statistics to more easily communicate the great value at Quilt Camp!
Lodging is available at Cedar Lakes Conference Center in several forms. Please note the possible accommodations below, and direct any lodging questions to the staff by calling Cedar Lakes at 304-372-7860.

Lodging at Cedar Lakes is not mandatory to participate in Quilt Camp.
Use the Campus Map to pick a cabin or lodge and be confident of your location when filling out Cedar Lakes' form.
